4» You cannot use this site to solicit a business or market an item. (SPAM)
5» Got beef with another poster? Take it to Private Messaging. It is NOT fair to the millions of readers and/or posters to read two/three/four people arguing about something that will not get resolved in that argument.
6» You are not allowed to talk about politics. If you feel like sharing your opinions about political issues, there are other forums devoted to that subject.
7» This is a Shakira related site; if you want to start a topic that is not related to Shakira but is consistent with the above rules and guidelines, please post all your OFF TOPICS on the Off Topic section right here: viewforum.php?f=4
8» If you have news to post and do not have a credible news article supporting it, you should put "Rumor" at the beginning of the topic title.

Avatar Rules
- 1» Pictures CANNOT contain nudity (porn or vulgar offense/Such as profanity)
2» Disturbing images will not be allowed!
3» The maximum size for an avatar is 6K and the maximum dimensions 90 x 90. Larger than that the system will NOT allow you to upload a picture;
4» Avatars may not be "annoying." Annoying could possibly include an avatar of flashing bright colors or anything else that the moderators define as annoying;
5» If a moderator sends you a Personal Message asking you to remove your avatar for certain reasons then it must be removed or remain removed if the moderator has taken the action already;
Signature Rules
- 1» You can use picture or words, tests, poems and/or lyrics as signatures;
2» Pictures used in signatures should have no more than 470x60 pixels;
3» Members using abusive signatures will have all posts deleted and blocked from further post;
4» All other rules applied to "avatars" will also be valid for signatures;
5» The use of signatures was approved in an election by the majority of the number of active members, and they agreed with all these rules concerning signatures;

A: Yes. The rules of the main board apply to the Off Topic forum as well appart from rule #7 that has to do with the posting of the members. Members are encouraged to discuss anything they like, but you need to follow the rules. Failure to do so will result in the loss of a person’s membership. Otherwise, enjoy!
